Branded stories sit at the centre of how many modern companies communicate who they are and what they stand for. At Tiny Ark, we’ve spent years helping organisations translate their ideas, people and culture into films that feel authentic and human. Our work spans industries and continents, with clients including global technology companies like Stripe and Shopify as well as organisations such as Tourism Ireland.
These projects are rarely about products alone. More often, they focus on the people behind the work. Founders, engineers, communities and partners all become part of a narrative that reveals how a company thinks and what it values. Our role is to shape those conversations into films that feel natural, cinematic and grounded in real moments.
Because many of the companies we work with operate globally, the stories we tell often take us around the world. Over the years we’ve built a trusted network of fixers, producers and crew in cities across multiple continents. Whether the shoot is happening in Tokyo, Vancouver or somewhere in between, we can assemble experienced local teams who understand both the creative brief and the realities of working on the ground.
That network allows us to move quickly when projects come together at short notice. Global brands often need to capture stories in different markets at speed, sometimes with only a small window to film. By working with collaborators we know and trust, we’re able to mobilise crews rapidly while maintaining the production standards our clients expect.
Behind the scenes, speed also depends on the systems we’ve developed over time. Many of the organisations we work with require fast turnarounds and multiple creative options during the edit. To support that, we’ve refined workflows that allow production and post-production to run almost simultaneously.
One example is our proxy pipeline. As soon as a shoot wraps, wherever it may be in the world, the crew begins transferring proxy files through our custom system. Those files are delivered directly to our studio servers in Dublin, where they are automatically processed overnight and prepared for our editing environment.
By the following morning, our editors can begin working with the footage while the crew is still packing equipment or preparing to leave the location. It means the first version of a film can start taking shape almost immediately, dramatically reducing the time between production and creative development.
When the original high-resolution media arrives later, the project seamlessly reconnects to the full-quality footage for finishing, grading and delivery. The result is a workflow that balances speed with craft, allowing global brands to tell thoughtful stories without slowing down the pace of their work.
